Anaconda Cut is a luxury build to rent scheme, a close walk from the centre of Manchester.
When we were approached by Anaconda Cut 12 months ago, occupancy was at an all time low. The digital marketing activity at the time wasn’t bringing in the inquiries necessary to make a difference to occupancy.
Optimising paid media involved a review of the target customer, in particular their wants and needs. We then aligned this with a paid strategy that would drive the right people to the website. In tandem with this, we set about optimising the website for the keywords that our target customer would be entering when looking for a luxury apartment such as those at Anaconda Cut. Optimizing for SEO included both on page copy tweaking and also some technical enhancements to help Google understand the website along the way. Finally, we introduced virtual tours and videos that show the world what Anaconda is about and what it has to offer. From shared spaces through to the luxury apartments and vistas, these really capture the essence of the development.

We are really proud of the progress that Anaconda Cut have made, experiencing a massive 32% increase in occupancy shows the strength of the development and indeed of Manchester as a whole. All of this over a somewhat extraordinary period given Covid and the challenges that has brought.
