What did we do?
We introduced a refreshed business logo, created a superb ‘Switched On’ sub brand, introduced Edison into the world, provided new fonts, updated the colour palette, and incorporated all visual aspects from our fantastic pop-up paper world into a number of key marketing collateral pieces, before finally breathing new life into a fantastic new mini website.
We didn’t want to stop there. Our dedicated digital team spent time working out the design layouts and web navigation, getting to grips with fully understanding the desired customer journey throughout the website.
One of the key objectives was to engage and understand the customer’s future energy requirements and challenges. It was vital that we were able to clearly outline the opportunities and challenges we all face leading up to 2050. Most importantly, we had to provide the customer with the ability to offer feedback, thoughts and opinions on how we can tackle these future energy challenges together.
What did we achieve?
We delivered a brand spanking new website design that provides the stakeholders with the ability to engage with the brand. We created a charming digital pop-up world, with eye-catching animation on elements such as the clouds, electric wind turbines and we even included a cheeky local train running on time along the top of the page. Our digital brand processes and energy sector experience have enabled Electricity North West to better understand their customers future energy requirements, helping everyone move towards a low carbon economy.
