Warner Estate web design
What did we do?
When the guys at Warner approached us they were looking for a full marketing solution across six major shopping centres in the North West.
We looked closely at the situation at each centre and between us and the team at Warner we decided that each of the six individual websites needed a redesign and redevelopment. We kept the logo that pertained to each centre and redesigned the look and feel of the website around it. We created a design template and used it across all six centres, the differentiation between the six being highlighted in the colour palette. We added a ‘latest news’ element to each website and developed a full content management system (CMS) for each. The new, improved CMS meant that different promotions could be applied and advertised on different centre websites, meaning that each was different and yet because of the applied template, also consistent.
What did we achieve?
We developed six different yet coherent websites with a clear thread running between each to link them all. We created and utilised a design template to achieve consistency across the websites and used a variation in colour to achieve the all important differentiation between centres.
The six websites were developed with ease of use in mind, it was vital to ensure that they were simple to amend and intuitive in their back end administration capablities. Let’s face it, no business proprietor appreciates a website that’s a beauty to look at but a nightmare to amend.
The specific colour of each website purports to a different shopping centre, they’re all now simple to amend and the content can be changed easily. We achieved a space where all of our created marketing collateral for each individual centre could be published. Each of the six websites now has the same format, style and layout with images that change easily to suit the particular location.
