3i email marketing
What did we do?
3i are a worldwide organisation and managing the various elements of their events across multiple countries could be perceived as a daunting task. We were asked to help out, so we took the pain out of part of the process by creating visually striking, cost-effective email communications.
We can pretty much all agree that email is the most popular form of business communication (although here at Pixel8 we definitely still like to have a chat over a cup of tea and a biscuit). Email allows for contacting customers all over the world with a uniform message and our email marketing campaigns for 3i were on-brand all the way.
Our campaigns covered all bases; from the initial theme to the event itself and then on to post-event feedback, we ensured that everyone was kept informed, every step of the way.
What did we achieve?
The results speak for themselves in that we achieved better attendance of events. The creative was seamlessly communicated and managed all the way through the process.
For each event, we created a system by which the customer was provided with an invitation and appropriate information. They were then contacted during the event via sms text messaging with details of special offers and specific sessions that each customer had stated they had a particular interest in. Real time analytics ensured that the guys at 3i were kept in the picture, 24/7.
The data from the analytics was procured in part from the online questionnaire that was sent to attendees after each event. We gathered all of the data so that the 3i folks could login and see responses live as bar charts per respondent or as an overall summary. Previously, 3i had collated data by hand, analysed it and then created spreadsheets, which I think we all know can try the patience of a Saint! Doing things our way meant that 3i were provided with accurate, graphical data on the spot and we saved days of their time (not to mention sanity!).
