When you visit the Hotel Indigo website, you’ll notice right away that they have a whole page on their website dedicated to the Hotel Indigo brand story.

Their motto is ‘Travel like an explorer. Stay like a local.’, and this feeds through into a wide range of of their branding outlets.

For customers in the market who are seeking a holiday experience where they really get to see how the locals live, Hotel Indigo has made themselves the answer.

They’ve achieved this by providing little perks such as providing insider knowledge on destinations on their website, and this is just one of the ways that Hotel Indigo sell their brand story to their customers.

Hilton Hotels

Another brand that steals the branding story show is the Hilton Hotels. They don’t have an ‘our story’ page on their website, but nevertheless their brand story is there for all to see.

If you visit the ‘About Us’ page you’ll discover that the brand motto is ‘Take Me To The Hilton,’ and from there you’ll get a great sense of grandeur and occasion about staying in one of their establishment.

There’s also a real sense of timelessness with the Hilton brand. They regularly point out that the hotel has been around for a long time, and that the world associates the word ‘Hilton’ immediately with hotels - which we all know to be true!

So that’s the Hilton Hotel brand story, and it’s one that we’re sure you’ll already think of whenever the name ‘Hilton’ arises in conversation.

 

These are just two examples of successful hotel stories, and you need to make sure you capture this kind of story too when it comes to your brand.
