By monitoring this you can keep an eye on profile visits, tweet impressions and so much more. Arrows at the side will also show whether these are up or down from last month, giving you a clear insight into how your account is performing on a month on month basis.
It will also show you your best tweet and how many impressions it made - so if you see something that’s done well you can learn from it and apply it to your future Twitter activity.
If you have a Facebook page set up on the social media platform, it’s relatively easy to track the analytics. All you need to do is click on ‘insights’ at the top of your page and you’ll soon have everything that you need to know!
The analytics will show you week by week data, and you can see everything from your page’s likes and reach, to engagement and the reach of your recent posts.
Because this data is available in real-time, you can instantly see what is and isn’t working in your social campaign. From there you can then judge and assess the best future activity for your account.
One of the most popular up and coming social platforms is Instagram so it’s important that you branch out to this one - especially if you’re hoping to target a young demographic.
Although Instagram don’t offer their own analytics services, there are plenty of programs you can use to keep an eye on it. One of the ones most commonly used by industry experts is Iconosquare.
This really is a fantastic tool that allows you to monitor how many likes your images have as well as how your profile is doing in terms of growth.
Once again, having access to these tools will help you to discover whether your social campaigns and accounts are performing - or whether they need tweaking to gain maximum reach.
Especially useful if you’re a recruiter or are hoping to target business types, LinkedIn is another platform that can become a part of any social campaign.
To monitor how you’re doing on this platform, all you need to do is head on over to your page and then select the analytics tab at the top.
