The system also provides help guides to the seller, by country of sale, and handy hints and tips to help maximise sales opportunity.

The process is fully automated and uploading images of a property and all the property details takes a matter of minutes. The website is also aimed at people wishing to buy property abroad, and allows you to search a vast database by country, region or price band, in three different currencies.

The extensive content management system (CMS) designed by Pixel8 features the use of rich text editors, an online image library, user and property management, news article management, email generation with PDF guide attachments and a fully integrated online payment system. The website design is on brand and uses a fresh and zesty colour scheme, enhanced by icons and banners.

NIACE is the leading non-governmental organisation for adult learning in England and Wales, and as such require high standards of accessibility, functionality and user experience. The brand new website, including a new bookshop selling NIACE publications online, news, free-to-download resources and article archives, will be launched in November.
